About me

I am Clément, a strategic advisor, coach and former diplomat. I have spent the last decade navigating complex policy and institutional systems, shaping strategy, and supporting cross-border partnerships.

My work sits at the intersection of policy, institutions, values, and systems. I support individuals, teams and organisations who want to act with more coherence, courage and truth.

I am driven by fairness, clarity and human connection, along with an instinct to question anything that looks like performance over substance.

My approach

I have worked across diplomacy, public policy, higher education and international partnerships, which are spaces where complexity, power and purpose often collide. My experience includes roles at the French Embassy in London and University College London, working on EU policy, economic diplomacy and international partnerships.

What I have learned is that most challenges are not intellectual puzzles. They are strategic alignment problems, and most likely the unspoken source of your challenges. Work with me on aligning values and behaviour, behaviour and systems, systems and strategy, to strengthen your strategic insight and impact.

My craft, whether in coaching, facilitation or strategic advisory, is to help people see clearly to act meaningfully in complex and globalised environments.

  • My values: Belonging, Authenticity, Curiosity.

My aspiration: To be a thoughtful force of disruption, creating environments that invite openness, reflection, and clarity.

My belief: That curiosity is a driver of change.

My anecdote: Fifteen years of theatre, beginning at age five, transformed me from a shy child into a confident adult. It taught me that an inquisitive mind can be a powerful tool for change.

My promise: True change requires a willingness to challenge established ways of thinking.
