I am Clément, a strategic advisor, coach and former diplomat. I have spent the last decade navigating complex systems, shaping institutional strategy and helping people and organisations understand what is really happening beneath the surface and move forward with purpose.
My work sits at the intersection of values, behaviour and systems. I support individuals, teams and organisations who want to act with more coherence, courage and truth.
I am driven by fairness, clarity and human connection, along with an instinct to question anything that looks like performance over substance.
My approach
I have worked across diplomacy, public policy, higher education and international partnerships, which are spaces where complexity, power and purpose often collide.
